SAN BERNARDINO SUPERIOR COURT: FAMILY LAW EFILING GOES LIVE 2/26
San Bernardino Superior Court will be going live soon with Family Law case types. This will be a two-part launch, starting with a “soft” go-live for a subset of local filers.
Soft Launch – Monday, February 12, 2024
- For the first two weeks, the court will be working with a few local law firms (Determined by Bar Association) for feedback, and to work out any challenges and areas of opportunities.
- Any unauthorized filing submitted during this time will be rejected, and the filer will be notified.
Hard Launch – Monday, February 26, 2024
- eFiling is open for all Filers.
- Prior to these two launches, San Bernardino Superior Court will be hosting one Bar Association Educational Session. The invitation will go directly to the Bar Association themselves.
