MARIN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: CIVIL, FAMILY LAW, AND PROBATE EFILING GOES LIVE 3/18

Electronic Filing in Marin County Superior Court is scheduled to go live on March 18th, 2024.

eFiling will be permissive in Civil, Family Law, and Probate for the first 30 days and then, per Local Rule 1.51(B), the court will mandate for those same case types. First Legal will be live with eFiling at the time the court goes live. The court has not yet posted any announcements on its website.
