LASC: FAMILY LAW JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENT CHANGE AT THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

Effective Feb. 3, 2025, the Family Law Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse located at 111 N. Hill St, Los Angeles:

• Commissioner Jennell R. Mimms will be assigned to Department 8 as an additional judicial officer, joining Commissioner Mahin V. Salehi. All matters previously assigned to Department 8 will be assigned to Commissioner Mimms and Commissioner Salehi for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.

All matters currently on calendar shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
