FirstConnect, First Legal’s enhanced client experience with more seamless and secure features, will be exclusively using our new and improved client portal starting Nov. 1, 2024. This means clients who are still using First Legal’s older portal, Legacy, must take steps now to switch and upgrade their accounts.
We know change can be scary or frustrating, but don’t worry — we’re here to help! And trust us, it will be worth it!
The new and improved FirstConnect includes features like consolidated authentication, streamlined case management, and access to your global order history. The Advanced Case Manager provides a powerful and intuitive dashboard to oversee your caseload.
Starting Nov. 1, 2024, clients who have not yet switched to FirstConnect will be redirected to the new portal and must upgrade their accounts. Below is all the information you need to make an easy transition.
Logging into the New FirstConnect
- Use current credentials to log in.
- First-time users will need to create a new password.
Troubleshooting User Authentication Errors
- Contact FC Support if the issue persists at fcsupport@firstlegal.com.
