LASC: PROBATE DIVISION TO DISCONTINUE POSTING PHYSICAL COPIES OF CALENDARS ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

Effective September 3, 2024, the Probate Division will discontinue posting physical copies of courtroom calendars containing hearing information on the first floor of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles.

The Court will meet its requirements under Probate Code Section 1230 by providing information on scheduled Petitions for Confirmation of Sale hearings electronically. Parties may obtain hearing information for all Probate courtrooms free of charge by accessing the Court’s website at www.lacourt.org, selecting Online Services, and navigating to the Case Calendar portal under the Probate category. Courthouse kiosks are also available in each court location to access hearing information. Printed calendars listing the nature of proceedings are posted daily outside of each Probate courtroom.

The link below provides an example of a Probate Calendar Search, which allows court users to search by case number or location. Please note that cases and calendars are only available 12 months in advance.
