EFILING IN FAMILY: CONSENT DECREES AND STIPULATED AGREEMENTS WEBINAR
The Superior Court’s Clerk Office in Maricopa County is hosting a complimentary, public webinar on Thursday, October 26, at 2:00 PM PDT.
This comes after the office added a feature in August 2023 that permits electronic submissions of Consent Decrees and other stipulated agreements via eFileAZ. This doesn’t apply to eFiling for initiating Summary Consent Petition/Decree-related cases.
The webinar aims to explain this process, showing you how to submit these documents electronically. The session concludes with a live Q&A; everyone is welcome to participate.
