LOS ANGELES COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: UPCOMING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Los Angeles County Superior Court will be conducting 2 separate maintenance periods to their eFiling system:
- POSTPONED – Civil case types: Friday, September 15th, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm PST. with a tentative date of September 22nd.
- SCHEDULED – Family, Probate, & Mental Health case types: Saturday, September 16th, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
Users will not be able to eFile into the Los Angeles County Superior Court during these maintenance periods.
To ensure your filing is submitted timely, the cutoff is 2:00 PM PST on Friday for clients using our concierge service for LASC eFiling.
