ADOPTION OF A JURY SELECTION PLAN (AS AMENDED)

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1861 through 1869, as amended, the following Jury Selection Plan (“Plan”) is hereby adopted by this Court. The Plan was approved by the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit on June 21, 2021. The Plan supersedes General Orders 147 – 147-K and General Orders 626 – 626B. The adoption of this Plan follows the two-year pilot period established in General Order 147-J.
