Attention Ventura County Filers: Updated Filing Hours
Beginning Monday, October 3, 2023, the Ventura County Superior Court is changing its filing hours to the following:
Monday – Tuesday: Appointment hours are available from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (last appointments at 2:30 p.m.). Clerks are available by telephone between 8:00 a.m.– 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday – Friday: Appointment hours are available from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Clerks are available by telephone between 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Drop boxes are located outside the courthouse. Documents placed in the boxes by 4:00 p.m. will be deemed deposited for filing that same business day. EDelivery is available until 4:00 p.m.
